Our Vision

Inspired by the unexpected combination of seasonal ingredients, Grand-mère uses the richest flavors ranging from lavender to vanilla. All cakes are either elegantly topped with sweet & delicate ganache or glaze, which reinforces the flavors of our moist cakes; cookies have crisp edges with soft centers, and pies have a delicate flaky crust where each slice is a delight!  Grand-mère is enthused by Provençale lifestyle and the ease and warmth of home baking.
